Free Shipping applies to in-stock merchandise from our Ohio Warehouse ONLY via Ground Service (best way - our choice) within the Continetal United States. However, please plan ahead, as some items may take as many as 7-10 business days to arrive. We can only ship to physical addresses, no P.O. Boxes.
Your credit card WILL NOT be charged until our Ohio Warehouse has confirmed your order. We will inform you IMMEDIATELY and WILL NOT charge your credit card if, for any reason, the item is accidentally out of stock or another delay is expected. Please provide us with the BEST phone number to contact you should we need to speak with you immediately, as many of these issues are time sensitive.
Any order with item(s) shipping to an address different than the billing address on your credit card will need to be confirmed via telephone in order to provide the utmost security for you, the customer. Again, please provide us with the BEST contact number for a Lollipop Team Member to call and confirm your purchase before we process the order in order to expedite the process as much as possible.
Freight Shipments (anything too large to ship UPS or FedEx, such as Sandboxes, Lg. Playhouses, Lg. Gyms, Swingsets, etc.) require a person present at the address that is able to sign and accept the item at the time of delivery, however, the trucking company will call and set up an appointment in advance for your convenience.
Please be aware that all shipments are your responsibility at the time they are dropped off on your driveway. Truck drivers WILL NOT carry or move boxes into your home, garage, backyard, etc., so please be prepared to have help on hand to handle the delivery. We love to help - just call us and we'll explain the easiest way to handle things - it's actually quite simple!
